Abstract. Natural (e.g., earthquake, flood, wildfires) and human-made terrorism, civil strife) disasters are inevitable, can cause extensive disruption, produce chronic disabling psychological injuries leading to formal diagnoses post-traumatic stress disorder [PTSD]). Given ease use large ESs, evidence supports routine by disaster part governmental response.
